MySQL-Upgrade destroyed Umlauts

Always some update misery with this encoding stuff. Ugly, but no time to fix.

BTW, it works perfectly with new posts: ÄÖÜäöüß.

    Recovered from Umlaut hell with “search and replace” plugin. :)
