CopyAllUrls 0.9.5 for Firefox 5 released!

This is just an maintenance release for Firefox 5. I will have to refactor the whole CAU code base in future and upload the Add-On to Mozilla’s Add-On- CopyAllUrls for Firefox 5 released! Download the Add-On directly!
